Dear PALS and Caregivers,

Detoxing is critical for someone with ALS, but all of us should find ways and foods to detox our bodies from the many, many toxins in our foods and environment.  None of us can escape our world of toxins.

Sweating removes deadly chemicals from the Body (it also removes much needed magnesium).  You need to replace the magnesium after a good sweat .  Also it is important to shower after a heavy perspiration session or the toxins will reabsorb back into the body.  That would explain why the EWOT therapy that we introduced in 2017 could be a great value - driving oxygen into the cells and eliminating toxins at the same time.
