Here are some helpful hints
I have collected some notes on helpful foods and supplements that I want to share with you.
Foods that detox the body:
Sunflower seeds Almonds Sunflower Oil Hazel Nuts
Avocado Broccoli Mango Spinach
Kiwi
Foods that are high in Zinc (important for immune health)
Spinach Beans Flax Sesame
Pumpkin seeds Garlic Turkey Salmon
Dark Chocolate
Artichokes are rich in magnesium silica. I have read the silica will help remove aluminum from the body. Fiji water that you can buy in the store is the only water known to contain silica. Drinking large amounts for just a few days could remove aluminum.
Magnesium is required to activate thiamin (Vitamin B1) and Vitamin D.
Foods that contain Vitamin B1:
Cooked asparagus Bell peppers Garlic Watermelon
Sunflower seeds Beans Flax Pistachios
Spinach Cabbage Oranges Pineapple
Grass Fed Beef
Chaga Mushroom strengthens the immune system
Cat's Claw herb - can increase immune response, is an antioxidant, kills viruses and bacteria & other micro organisms that disease, works to inhibit healthy cells from becoming cancerous, is anti-inflammatory, reduces pain, promotes would healing, and helps with digestive disorders.
Milk Thistle helps prevent liver damage
NAC is needed for glutathione production and also thins mucus. - EGCG – Green tea
- Quercetin – citrus fruits, apples, onions, parsley, nuts, teas, dark berries
- Curcumin – turmeric
- Organ sulfur compounds – onion, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, turnips, bok choy
